Shipping Costs: We provide free shipping on orders of 90 AUD or more. For orders under 90 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD will be charged.

Transit Time: Delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 business days.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly. Orders that have exceeded 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; in such cases, please wait for the delivery and then contact us to initiate a return and refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the return/refund conditions are met, the refund will be credited back to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for payment.
