Shipping Range
We offer delivery services throughout Australia. Currently, we do not support shipping to any countries or regions outside of Australia.
Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on all orders of $90 AUD or more. For orders totaling less than $90 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 AUD will be applied at checkout.
Taxes
All applicable taxes and related charges are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.
Handling Time
The order handling and processing time is 1 to 3 business days. During this period, we prepare your items (outdoor hammocks, outdoor furniture sets, outdoor bar stools, outdoor hanging chairs, outdoor chairs, or outdoor storage) for dispatch.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, the estimated total transit time is 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your specific location within Australia.
Carriers
To ensure safe and efficient delivery, we partner with reputable logistics providers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your order number, payment invoice, and carrier information. You can monitor your shipment status by visiting our "Order Tracking" page and entering your email address or phone number along with your corresponding order number.

Product Damage or Loss: We take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition and contact us immediately.

Shipping Modification and Cancellation: Any requests to modify or cancel an order must be made before the order enters the processing stage. Once an item has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping details or cancel the order.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delivery failures or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery Acceptance Notes
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any visible damage. If the packaging is severely compromised, you have the right to refuse the delivery. For large items, such as furniture sets, please ensure an adult is available to receive the shipment, as a signature may be required by the carrier.
Shipping Confirmation
Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This serves as acknowledgment that we have received your request. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Uncontrollable Factors
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related disruptions. In such events, we will work closely with the carrier to deliver your package as soon as possible.
Large Item Delivery
Please be aware that some heavy or bulky items, such as outdoor furniture sets or storage units, may be delivered to the curbside or the front entrance of your property. Carriers are generally not responsible for moving items inside your home or backyard.
