Order Cancellation Conditions
Orders for outdoor hammocks, outdoor furniture sets, outdoor bar chairs, outdoor hanging chairs, outdoor chairs, and outdoor storage can be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been shipped. If the order was placed more than 48 hours ago or the items have already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

• To apply for an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at care@decokento.com or by phone at +1 (347) 445-3781. You will need to provide your order number and proof of payment.

• Our customer service team will process your application immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used at the time of purchase. Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for assistance.

Order Modifications
If you need to modify the shipping address or product specifications before the order is shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate these changes; however, once the order has entered the shipping process, no further modifications can be made.

Change of Mind
We understand that you may change your mind. If the 48-hour window has passed or the item is already in transit, please accept the delivery first and then follow our standard return procedures to ensure the security of your items and the accuracy of the refund process.
